Michelle Bagnato, before devoting her work full time to corporate social responsibility and her company, Good Culture Consulting, spent 25+ years as an internationally-respected producer for the advertising and entertainment industries. Partnering with clients such as Disney, Microsoft, Los Angeles Unified School District, and a host of nationally recognized non-profits, she has helped communities achieve real and meaningful change through collaboration. Michelle is the proud mom of a fiercely independent, future-thinking college aged son. She rejuvenates her mind and body by retreating to the outdoors. From the backlands to the beaches to local art festivals, Michelle is a cultural connoisseur.
