Elizabeth Sampson is pleased and grateful to be working with The Sierra Madre Playhouse again. Elizabeth is an actor, director and  playwright. She has performed her spoken word stories in LA for 20 years at Spark-Off-Rose, Tell It!, Common Ground and Melt In Your Mouth. Her first play, Bringin’ Home the Girl was co-written and performed with Alicia Sedwick at HERE Space, NY and STAGES, Los Angeles. Her plays The Petoskey StonesIrish CoffeeIt Was the LarkHell Is Empty and The Lighthouse have been done at The Road Theater and The Annapolis Playhouse. As an actor she has worked extensively in theater and television. She received her MFA from The American Conservatory Theater and is a Professor of Performing Arts at Savannah College of Art and Design.
