ALL RESERVED TICKETS ARE HELD FOR YOU AT THE BOX OFFICE , THE DAY OF THE SHOW.
BOX OFFICE OPENS 30 MINUTES BEFORE CURTAIN TIME.
There are no additional fees* when reserving by phone or by check for our regularly scheduled plays.
If you need to cancel your tickets at least 72 hours in advance of the show, we have the option to refund the cost of your tickets. There is a non-refundable per ticket cancellation fee of $2, or, 10% of the face value of the ticket; which ever is greater.
2nd Stage events, and Special Engagements will be subject to a small credit card service fee.
The reservations made from our website are charged a non refundable 14% service fee.

If you would like to bring a group of 15 or more to the theater, we will be able to give you a reasonable discount. Group sales can only be reserved by cash or check; no credit cards accepted for group sales. Mail your check early. WE CAN NOT CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATIONS UNTIL WE HAVE YOUR CHECK. (Sorry, but no group rates are available for The Tap Chicks).
PAY BY CHECK: Checks made out for the proper amount, and mailed to the Playhouse are not subject to any extra fees.
